This is a custom song commission from a wife to her husband. She purchased the female vocal package so I got to write this for Jill Bennett to sing!

My client purchased this as a Christmas gift but wasn't sure if she wanted the song to mention the holiday so they could enjoy it year round. When she answered the questionnaire that I write the lyrics from, she expressed how her husband and children are her greatest gift and greatest blessing. There I felt we had the theme that could make it fun for Christmas time but not tied to the season.

It is really rewarding when you receive expressions of what these custom songs mean to the people they are about. She gave permission for her email responses to be shared. Here is what she had to say:

"I will never be able to give you enough gratitude in this world for our incredibly special song!

And wow! I cried sooooo many happy tears as I fell more in love with each new line of the song! It’s simply just perfect, but I knew it would be coming from an exceptionally talented and brilliant musician!

I was too excited to wait though so we showed him tonight while we were relaxing and HE LOVES IT!!!! He was every bit as amazed by the song as I am!! I’ve listened to the song countless times and still cry!! It’s just so beautiful!!

My husband also wants to tell you how perfectly meaningful each and every line of the song is! How you caught the very essence of us and little things we’ve said/done is phenomenal and speaks greatly of how talented you are! We also love how the female vocalist tied the entire creation together beautifully and that her voice was perfect and so lovely for the song! Please also give her our gratitude!! It’s so catchy that we’ve already memorized the song! We sing along with it and our son even wakes up asking to play our song! At four years old, he even sees the beauty and fun in the song! So again, THANK YOU!!!"
